- Load schedule — a worked starting point: record every load and attach motor, drive and UPS details. The example total is not a generator rating.
- Quotation comparison — align the offers: compare duty, conditions, included equipment, exclusions and supporting evidence.
Read the worked procurement example before filling the sheets. Mark unknowns as “To confirm” and assign each one to the supplier or project engineer.
